When Harley-Davidson Financial Services, HDFS, decided to consolidate two of their nationwide call centers into one Chicagoland office, they called on Whitney to lead the way. The overall goal was to provide a space with the Harley branded image in a cost effective way with maximum impact. Whitney made use of existing architecture and teamed with their in-house Environmental Graphics Consultant to provide a space that embodied the brand and experience of Harley Davidson.

Whitney made use of the existing workstations while modifying panel heights to take advantage of natural night as well as provided a new color scheme and flooring concepts. Through the use of their corporate colors, graphic applications and custom wallcovering, Whitney was able to transform an existing corporate space into a branded environment that promotes both teamwork and a rich company history. By placing images of Harley Davidson users on the road in the customer service call center, Whitney was able to provide the employees with a constant reminder of who their customers are.

“We have worked with other architects on different projects throughout the country, but our interaction with Whitney was by far the smoothest and most successful.” “People from other floors in the building are coming down to our office because they have heard so much about the new look.” — Michael E. Sulentic, Vice President Enterprise Risk
