The owners of One Prudential Plaza, in an effort to keep pace with the competitive commercial real estate market, approached Whitney about adding a new conference center to the building’s 7th floor. The resulting 800 sq ft and 1500 sq ft meeting rooms were designed to accommodate a variety of furniture configurations for maximum user-flexibility, functionality, and state of the art technology.

The color scheme was chosen to compliment and coordinate with the other public areas of the building, such as the main elevator lobby and fitness center which Whitney also designed.

Synovate
A cool color palette, complemented by vibrant paint and fabric accents, forms the basis of the contemporary surroundings. Synovate wanted its employees to feel comfortable in an expansive office area, as well as have access to rest areas. To accommodate these requests, Whitney provided break rooms and several lounge areas with mobile furniture solutions.  Synovate’s offices reflect the openness and curiosity of the firm while maintaining its sense of integrity and professionalism.
